Welcome to JuganooBox. These User / Buyer Terms ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). JuganooBox operates as an online digital supermarket and grocery delivery platform in India. By registering an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
To use certain features of JuganooBox, you must create an account using a valid mobile number and a secure 6-digit PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
JuganooBox offers a wide variety of products, including daily essentials, groceries, beverages, staples, bath and body care, personal care, and authentic regional Indian snacks and farsan. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, all product availability is subject to change without notice.
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms. We provide fast, reliable delivery services across all states in India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather, or operational constraints. Information regarding free delivery promotions or applicable shipping charges will be displayed clearly at checkout.
All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In addition to item prices, your bill may include delivery fees, handling charges, and taxes as detailed at checkout. Payments can be made via authorized online gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards via Razorpay) or Cash/Pay on Delivery where available.
Orders once packed or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation. Refund and cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment source within standard banking timelines.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to harass delivery personnel or support staff, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account.
JuganooBox provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or product consumption beyond the value of the specific order.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of JuganooBox constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
