Welcome to the JuganooBox Vendor Partner Network. These terms apply to all local brands, suppliers, and registered businesses ("Vendors") listing products on our platform.
All Vendors must provide accurate business details and maintain valid regulatory licenses, including FSSAI registration where applicable. You agree that all documents provided to JuganooBox are authentic and up to date.
You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, authenticity, and packaging of your products. JuganooBox acts strictly as a technology platform and delivery facilitator. We accept zero liability for any health issues, defects, or damages arising from the consumption or use of your products. The Vendor bears full legal and financial responsibility for their goods.
Vendors must keep their digital inventory updated on the JuganooBox platform. Since we operate on a fast-delivery model, you must ensure items are prepared, packed, and handed over to delivery personnel within the agreed timeframe. Repeated delays, poor packaging, or order cancellations will result in immediate account suspension.
JuganooBox will deduct the agreed-upon platform commission and applicable taxes from your total sales. Settlement of your earnings will be processed on a standard payout cycle directly to your registered bank account, subject to standard banking processing times and the clearance of any buyer disputes.
If a buyer legitimately returns a product due to it being damaged, expired, or incorrect (as per our Buyer Refund Policy), the entire cost of the refunded item will be deducted from your payout. JuganooBox reserves the right to impose financial penalties for severe quality breaches or failure to comply with these terms.
